Opportunities across multiple branches in Roraima JOB SCOPE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Salary: BRL 2\.100,00 during the probationary period (90 days); after probation, BRL 3\.212,00 \+ performance bonuses as Customer Service Analyst (position and salary change occurs in the month following the end of the probationary period). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 08:00–12:00 Benefits ° Meal Voucher (VR): BRL 29.35 per day (monthly deduction of BRL 7.00) ° Transportation Voucher (VT): 6% salary deduction, capped at actual usage amount. ° Medical and Dental Assistance: Bradesco (with deductions for employee and dependents \+ co-payment), effective on the first day of the month following completion of the probationary period.
