Qualify leads based on profile, interest, purchase stage, and financial capacity. Conduct pre\-qualification of leads for the Vivert and Alma Gerais projects. Apply consultative sales techniques for experiences, events, and venue rentals. Nurture and update CRM information in an organized and standardized manner. Schedule meetings, site visits, and experiences for the sales team. Monitor lead status and conduct follow\-ups. Ensure a positive customer experience from the first contact. Track sales completed via e\-commerce. Process e\-commerce sales orders, ensuring accurate verification and system entry. Previous experience as a Commercial Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
