### **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support and assistance to users * Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving network incidents * Active Directory administration * Firewall administration (Sophos XG 310) * Participation in network projects and architecture * Handling incidents and service tickets with vendors and telecom providers * UniFi controller administration (corporate Wi-Fi) * Kaspersky Endpoint support * Digital certificate management * Supporting internal teams in process optimization ### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, Information Systems, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years of experience in networking * Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, HSRP, STP, LACP, among others) * Experience in network security (Firewalls, ACLs, IPSEC VPN, VRF) * Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks * Experience with VPN, MPLS, internet links, and branch interconnection * Experience in corporate Wi-Fi infrastructure * Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting * Knowledge of IP telephony / VoIP ### **Advantages:** * Knowledge of Information Security or Cybersecurity * Experience with Azure or AWS * Hands-on experience with pfSense ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Childcare Assistance
