We eagerly await dedicated and passionate professionals! **Responsibilities and Duties** **SAFETY AS A NON-NEGOTIABLE VALUE** Operate lifting machinery and equipment by adjusting controls and activating movements according to operational requirements. Assess equipment operating conditions, interpret instrument panels, verify power sources, and test activation commands. Prepare the work area for operations and transport people and materials using lifting machinery and equipment, strictly adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. Perform all cargo handling within the company using cranes—including structural assembly, lifting of precast elements, trailer handling, yard planking, and general component movement—ensuring safe load elevation whenever required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Elementary School. Knowledge: Crane Operation Course; knowledge of crane procedures and equipment; familiarity with regulations governing special cargo transportation; knowledge of cables and shackles used in cargo handling. Experience: Six months of experience in this role. Certifications: MOPP and Indivisible Cargo Handling.
