Description: * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Indaiatuba (4 days onsite and 1 day remote). * Solid experience as a manager or senior leader in the Controller area. * Proven experience in the industrial sector. * Proficiency in the Totvs system, especially modules for costing, accounting, and budgeting. * In-depth knowledge of budgeting processes, results analysis, industrial costing, PDCA analysis, and corrective actions. * Experience with managerial closing, cost calculation, and inventory management. * Experience in team management. * Building databases and BI. Desirable * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller, Finance or related areas. * Fluent Spanish and/or English. * Experience in operational efficiency improvement projects. * Lead economic-financial planning, budgeting, and managerial closing processes. * Manage results analysis, industrial costs, margins, profitability, and performance indicators. * Supervise financial reports, forecasts, simulations, and feasibility studies. * Ensure accuracy of accounting information, classifications, reconciliations, and stock inventories. * Analyze markets, risks, and opportunities, proposing actions for continuous improvement. * Structure controller policies, internal processes, and controls. * Prepare managerial presentations and support the Board in decision-making. * Lead the Controller team, promoting development and a performance culture. * Drive automation initiatives, operational efficiency, and process standardization. * Strong business partner role with business areas. 2512300202491891530
