Job Summary: This Kitchen Assistant position offers the opportunity to support the chef in meal preparation, organize the workspace, and maintain cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Handle kitchen equipment \#1062 Kitchen Assistant * Assist the chef in meal preparation; * Begin menu preparation (mise-en-place); * Separate ingredients and tools required for preparation; * Process food according to the chef's instructions; * Organize and keep the workspace clean. * Ensure proper functioning of utensils and work equipment. * Operate deep fryers; * Operate ovens; * Clean and organize kitchen areas such as shelves, cabinets, and countertops; * Wash pots, pans, and dishes used for preparation and service, ensuring they are always 100% clean; * Keep the floor constantly clean; * Keep soap dispensers and paper supplies fully stocked.
