




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and controlling materials, monitoring inventories, managing logistics processes, and supporting continuous improvements, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Materials and inventory planning and control 2. Management of receiving, warehousing, and shipping processes 3. Support for continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) · Plan and control materials to ensure continuous production supply according to demand and schedules. · Monitor inventory levels (raw materials, supplies, machined parts, components, and finished goods), performing turnover, coverage, and accuracy analyses. · Control receiving, inspection, warehousing, and material picking processes. · Plan and monitor shipping activities, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and delivery deadlines. · Manage and contract transportation services, negotiating freight rates, delivery timelines, and terms. · Support continuous improvement programs (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) within the logistics department. · Generate management reports with KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory accuracy, logistics lead time, transportation cost, and productivity. · Develop and review operational procedures (OPPs) related to the logistics chain. · Use ERP and WMS systems to manage logistics operations.
