Job Summary: We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis for the Marketing and Sales departments, providing commercial and marketing support through data extraction, compilation, and monitoring. Proficiency in Excel, organizational skills, and interpersonal communication **What We’re Looking For:** A professional with analytical capabilities who will be responsible for data analysis within the company’s Marketing and Sales departments. **Job Details:** **On-site PJ Contract – USD 3,500/month** Standard working hours: Typically from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Mon–Fri), with possible extensions on days of ad-hoc meetings, courses, and training sessions. **Must be available to attend internal company events 1–2 times per month on weekends.** Work Location: On-site, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo. **Your Daily Routine Will Include:** * Providing commercial support through extraction and compilation of sales data from CRM and dialer systems. * Seasonal spreadsheet updates; * Verification of sales spreadsheet and CRM data entry; * Supporting the marketing team by extracting data via Adveronix and monitoring performance metrics; * Cross-referencing data across different platforms and databases. **Required Qualifications:** * Basic Meta Business knowledge; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong organizational skills to maintain multiple controls and ensure data readability; * Analytical ability; * Critical thinking and prioritization skills; * Quick learning ability; * Strong communication skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills.
