Job Summary: A professional responsible for security, access control, and courteous service to customers and visitors in a shopping mall, ensuring compliance with regulations and overall well-being. Constant communication to report incidents and observations This position is responsible for security and access control at designated locations, providing courteous service to customers, visitors, and staff, with an emphasis on raising awareness regarding compliance with laws, regulations, procedures, and condominium bylaws, notifying individuals of incidents and/or taking stricter measures when third parties are placed at risk, thereby contributing to the perception of well-being and security in common areas for all facility users. **1\*** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\* * Control access to the shopping mall, guiding customers regarding inquiries and information. * Conduct health screening at shopping mall entrances. * Guide proper use of protective masks. * Ensure safety of customers and tenants. * Carry a two-way radio for information exchange and reporting of observations. * Activate escalators. * Open and close doors and gates.
