Perform productive maintenance. Organize the workplace to execute tasks in accordance with technical, quality, safety, and environmental preservation standards and procedures. **Job Mission:** Assemble precast concrete structures by positioning, leveling, aligning, and securing components per project specifications, technical instructions, and safety regulations—ensuring quality, productivity, and safety during construction execution. **Activities/Responsibilities:** * Assemble precast concrete components on construction sites * Assist in positioning columns, beams, slabs, and panels * Perform alignment and leveling of structures * Secure components using anchor bolts, grout, screws, and inserts * Assist in rigging and signaling for lifting components * Collaborate with crane / mobile crane operators * Interpret assembly drawings * Use manual and electric tools * Perform work at height * Comply with occupational safety regulations * Follow instructions from foreman / supervisor * Assist in loading and unloading components * Ensure assembly conforms to design specifications * Maintain workplace organization * Report assembly issues * Prevent damage to precast components * Meet project deadlines * Work in teams * Assemble precast columns * Assemble concrete beams * Assemble slabs * Assemble concrete panels * Prepare foundations and supports * Level using shims * Apply grout * Tighten structural bolts * Use sledgehammer, wrench, drill, sander * Use safety harness * Work on scaffolding / platform * Assist in crane lifting operations * Site cleanup Job Requirements: Education * Completed elementary education * High school diploma (preferred) Experience * Experience assembling precast concrete * Experience in industrial construction / building projects * Experience working at height **Technical and Behavioral Competencies** * Assembly of concrete structures * Reading technical drawings (preferred) * Leveling and alignment * Use of electric tools * Use of impact wrench * Basic knowledge of load lifting * Basic knowledge of grouting * Basic knowledge of working at height safety * Basic knowledge of structural assembly * Basic measurement knowledge * Responsibility * Discipline * Teamwork * Commitment to safety * Attention * Organization * Agility * Physical endurance * Respect for regulations * Punctuality * Commitment to results Mandatory Courses (preferred / as required by company) * NR-35 — Working at Height * NR-18 — Construction Industry * NR-06 — Use of PPE * NR-12 — Machine Safety (where applicable) * Metal Assembly Course (preferred) * Platform / PTA Course (preferred) Note: **If you do not yet hold the above certifications, don’t worry—we provide them internally during your onboarding process.**
