Optical sales representative with experience in the optical industry, focused on customer acquisition and excellence in customer service. * Provide consultative service, assisting customers in selecting the ideal frame based on facial features and technical requirements. * Interpret ophthalmic prescriptions and explain different lens technologies. * Perform precise technical measurements (PD, height, etc.). * Conduct sales, prepare quotations, and manage post-sale follow-up (customer retention). * Maintain store organization and ensure display windows are always immaculate. Requirements: * **Commercial Profile:** Proactivity, strong communication skills, and results orientation. * **Empathy:** Ability to listen and understand customers' needs and concerns. * **Experience:** Prior experience in the optical sector is considered an advantage (but if you are a natural salesperson from other industries, we want to meet you!). * **Availability:** Business hours (including Saturdays).
