Inspect equipment conditions daily A company engaged in the sale and rental of civil construction equipment is seeking a Roller Compactor Operator in Brusque (Nova Brasília). **Responsibilities:** Operate a roller compactor to carry out earthwork activities on construction sites. Perform soil compaction and leveling according to technical guidelines. Work on various construction sites and operations, following the company's operational procedures. Comply with occupational safety regulations and use PPE correctly. Inspect equipment conditions daily, checking oil level, fuel level, and hydraulic system. Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Construction Machinery Operator, Compactor Operator, or Earthmoving Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
