Opportunity for continuous learning in the real estate sector **LEASING ASSISTANT** **Opportunity for a Leasing Assistant** **Real estate company** **Antônio Carlos – SC** **Main Responsibilities** · In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. · Registration and support in resolving operational requests related to leased properties. · Property presentation and visit coordination. · Guidance on documentation required for leasing. · Verification and organization of tenant documents. · Requesting and tracking lease guarantee and fire insurance. · Preparing the leasing process up to the contractual formalization stage. · Organization of physical and digital files. · Entering leasing information into the system. · Updating property listings on the website and CRM. · Installing and removing signage on properties available for lease. · Administrative support for departmental routines. **Requirements** · Completed high school education · Valid driver's license and safe driving experience · Proficiency in computer applications · Openness to continuous technical learning in the real estate leasing field **Job Details** · Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) · Work Format: On-site · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM · Salary: R$2\.500,00 · Variable commission tied to insurance policies contracted with leases · On-site meal facilities Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
