Job Summary: We are seeking an intern for hardware technical support to assist in identifying and resolving issues, maintaining computers, and organizing the IT inventory. Key Highlights: 1. IT inventory organization and updating We are looking for an intern to work in the hardware area, providing support to the technical team in internal service delivery and equipment operations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in identifying and resolving hardware issues; * Perform computer assembly, cleaning, and maintenance; * Organize and update the IT inventory; * Support the technical team with daily tasks; * Open and track service tickets; * Contact external units via WhatsApp, email, or phone; * Collect information to support technical diagnostics. **Desired Profile:** * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to processes; * Good communication skills and clarity when recording information; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Basic knowledge of computer assembly and maintenance; * Familiarity with Windows operating systems **Salary: R$ 1000 per month** **Transportation allowance paid in cash** Payment: R$1\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
