We are looking for proactive, creative individuals eager to learn—people who want to grow and contribute within an innovative team. The workload is 30 hours per week, in-person, as we believe that exchanging ideas and teamwork make all the difference for our success. **Profile We Seek:** * Be between 18 and 22 years old; * Currently enrolled in an IT-related course; * Knowledge of computer hardware maintenance; * Intermediate knowledge of Windows. **Attitudes We Expect From You:** * Provide efficient support to internal users; * Assist in managing IT assets, including equipment inventory; * Continuous Learning: Willingness to constantly learn and apply best practices in information security; * Ability to interact positively and collaboratively with team members and users; * Ability to work effectively in a team, sharing knowledge and collaborating to achieve common goals; * Monitor results and continuously implement improvements; * Proactive attitude to anticipate and resolve issues, contributing to an efficient workplace—and always ready to handle whatever is needed. **Selection Process Steps:** 1\.
