Supervise the Instrumentation area, monitoring the construction of the industrial facility, analyzing projects, overseeing service-providing companies, and assessing potential deviations. Propose relevant solutions based on technical data prepared by the department. Develop work procedures and instrumentation plans to identify operational and functional deficiencies and meet infrastructure requirements. Aim for agility in processes and achievement of targets. Act as an agent for the development of other team members in the area, providing support and training to standardize processes and ensure delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the entire production process to identify any system anomalies and take appropriate corrective actions; * Manage the instrumentation team to ensure team cohesion and employee productivity; * Prepare service order execution reports, including corrective actions taken for identified issues, and forward them to the immediate supervisor; * Perform tests on temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, analyzing calibration ranges to either return them to service or send them for maintenance, thereby ensuring equipment functionality during production; * Carry out maintenance on valves, pneumatic actuators, and pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and electronic positioners—disassembling, inspecting components, calibrating, and testing—to return them to operation; * Perform maintenance on safety valves up to 150 psi, including disassembly, sandblasting, painting, inspection of gaskets and bushings, wear assessment, and lapping, ensuring safe operation of high-pressure equipment; * Daily monitoring of pneumatic and electronic equipment operation to detect failures and perform preventive maintenance, preventing production interruption; * Annual maintenance of sugar bagging scales, involving disassembly and adjustments to ensure proper operation during production periods; * Maintenance of actuators—including disassembly, lubrication, cleaning, component replacement, and functional testing—prior to reinstallation; * Support panel installation and wiring connections, performing adjustments and tests to place equipment in operational condition; * Manually assist in maintaining electro-pneumatic sugar bagging scales—identifying irregularities, replacing components, and adjusting—to ensure operation only during production periods; * Perform job-related activities in full compliance with all organizational occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the role and department.
