Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and cleaning the pantry and dining area, preparing food, serving customers, restocking and storing products, and checking expiration dates. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in training sessions and inventory counts Job Description: \- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pantry area and dining tables, as well as utensils and equipment within the department; \- Ensure beverages are properly refrigerated and restocked as needed; \- Perform frying tasks using the service fryer; \- Maintain adequate stock levels of pantry items; \- Prepare mise\-en\-place for both the pantry and dining area; \- Greet and serve customers, present the menu, and make sales; \- Restock items at the counter immediately after each sale; \- Prepare and deliver customer-ordered products (weight, type, etc.), properly packaged and labeled according to product code; \- Store products in the warehouse according to storage requirements; \- Remove daily any deteriorated, expired, or unsightly merchandise, verifying expiration dates of displayed products; \- Label products according to internal codes for the sales area and company directives; \- Verify that products are properly labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); \- Participate in store inventory counts; \- Notify department leadership regarding the need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems; \- Attend meetings and training sessions scheduled by department leadership and/or management; \- Participate in the company’s mentoring program, training, teaching, and transferring company activities and regulations to new employees.
