Our expertise is human, alive, and through it, we welcome and empower people both inside and outside the company.**Your challenge on the team:** Be responsible for developing and evolving the backend of AI applications, directly contributing to the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-impact business solutions. **Your key responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain backend systems in Python, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance. * Collaborate on the design and implementation of APIs and architectures supporting AI agents and integration across different products. * Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to code quality and dissemination of best practices. * Work collaboratively with the team, fostering continuous learning and solution evolution. * Contribute to technical documentation and adoption of software engineering best practices. **What we’re looking for:** * Solid experience in Python and backend development. * Strong understanding of software architecture and API development. * Proficiency in software engineering principles such as SOLID and design patterns. * Experience conducting code reviews, contributing to code quality and evolution. * Knowledge of event-driven systems and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). * Ability to document code and create diagrams (e.g., UML). **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence applications, especially in Prompt Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps. * Experience with observability tools (e.g., Datadog), ensuring system monitoring and reliability. * Experience working in platform teams or in contexts involving maintenance and migration of complex systems. * Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub. **Selection process steps:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss job requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final conversation with management for alignment; * **BP Interview** \- Discussion with the Business Partner about culture and values; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, presenting the job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may be introduced depending on process needs.
