Participation in deviation investigations and evaluation of market complaints **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a motivated and proactive Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. You will play a fundamental role in ensuring that our processes are not only efficient but also innovative. Your responsibilities will include: \- Conducting diagnostics to map flowcharts and structuring processes with detailed descriptions; \- Developing, training, and disseminating procedures, always pursuing improvements and optimizations; \- Supporting the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within our area; \- Monitoring the production process, ensuring compliance with established procedures as well as correct completion of production orders; \- Releasing and closing production orders, being responsible for evaluating all stages and identifying and correcting information errors when necessary; \- Participating in quality deviation investigations and evaluating market complaints regarding finished products. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed technical education and/or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Intermediate-level English; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as 5W2H and Ishikawa Diagram; * Basic knowledge of Power BI. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry; * Ability to lead continuous improvement projects; * Certifications in quality tools and process management. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Voucher | Unimed Health Plan | Full Transportation Allowance | Profit Sharing Program (PLR) **Work Location:** ---------------------- AIRELA INDUSTRIA FARMACEUTICA LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM
