About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; as well as serving and selling to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing in accordance with pre-established rules and standards; Enhance departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer engagement; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, per production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily inspections, and remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by maintaining daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Presidente Getúlio \- SC **Working Hours:** 11:00 AM to 8:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
