Main Responsibilities: * Assist in seed selection, separation, bagging, and packaging; * Supply machines with bags, inputs, labels, and required materials; * Support movement of big bags, pallets, and bags on conveyors; * Organize and clean big bags, bags, and production areas; * Perform labeling and bag filling according to procedures; * Monitor production flow and report any irregularities; * Assist in loading, shipping, and organizing material inventory; * Support seed sampling when requested; * Contribute to cleaning silos, sheds, and industrial areas; * Operate forklifts for material handling (if certified); * Support general industrial activities. ✅ Requirements: * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in operational activities is desirable; * Availability for teamwork and physically demanding tasks; * Commitment to safety regulations. ?
