**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and manage SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and SLOs for network, PTT radio, and satellite connectivity providers.
* Validate RFOs, RCAs, and technical MOPs.
* Ensure contractual compliance for mission-critical services.
* Manage contracts and supplier relationships for telecom and radio providers.
* Evaluate performance reports on coverage, availability, latency, and communication quality.
* Validate stability of satellite links (Starlink, VSAT, Ka/Ku, LEO/GEO).
* Use SNMP, NetFlow, sFlow, and telemetry data to generate KPIs and executive dashboards.
* Track incidents related to LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, radio, satellite, and associated infrastructure.
* Enforce corrective and preventive actions from suppliers.
* Manage maintenance windows for networks, RF links, internal ERBs, and satellite systems.
* Monitor and inspect installations and repairs of antennas, towers, radios, repeaters, APs, switches, and modems.
* Monitor trunked radio systems (TETRA, DMR, analog/digital).
* Ensure communication in remote areas and industrial/forestry environments.
* Identify opportunities for modernization of LAN, WAN, radio, and satellite infrastructure.
* Propose hybrid contingency solutions (fiber \+ radio \+ satellite).
* Develop a technological roadmap for networks and telecom.
* Perform capacity planning and business risk analysis.
* Apply ITIL practices (incidents, problems, changes, and events).
* Support governance based on COBIT and risk management.
* Maintain CMDB and network & communication asset inventory.
* Ensure regulatory compliance (ANATEL, frequency licenses, homologations).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Desired knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, routing, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP/VRRP, STP/RSTP/MSTP, DHCP, DNS, L2/L3 switching, port\-channels, VTP, QoS, MPLS, IPSec VPN, SD\-WAN, enterprise wireless (WLC, RF, roaming, WPA2/3 Enterprise), and network architectures (Datacenter, Campus, WAN, Edge);
* Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, CMDB, and network inventory
* Strong analytical capability and systemic vision
* Critical thinking for supplier evaluation
* Ability to translate technical data into managerial insights
