Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure CSC, supporting the evolution of our Modern Workplace environment with a focus on automation and user experience. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support (N1/N2) 2. IT asset management (inventory, lifecycle, and equipment control) 3. Support for policy implementation via Intune/Kace and PowerShell automations We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join nstech’s Infrastructure CSC, supporting the evolution of our Modern Workplace environment with a focus on automation, user experience, and intelligent asset management. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Providing on-site and remote technical support (N1/N2\) to employees. * Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to hardware, Microsoft 365, connectivity, and corporate devices. * Managing IT assets (inventory, lifecycle, and equipment control). * Supporting policy implementation via Intune/Kace and PowerShell automations. * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, documentation, and employee experience enhancement. ### **✅ Requirements** * Experience providing user support in corporate environments. * Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. * Experience with ITSM tools and asset management. * Familiarity with Intune and/or Kace is a plus. * Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills. **On-site model — Chapecó/SC**
