Job Summary: As a Trainee Supervisor – Quality Control, you will participate in a development program lasting up to 24 months, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship to eventually assume supervision responsibilities for the Quality area at an industrial unit. Technical and people management in the Quality area The **Trainee Supervisor – Quality Control** will participate in a development program of up to 24 months, gaining practical experience and direct exposure to daily operations while performing assigned job duties. Throughout this period, the Trainee will be guided by mentors from the Quality area. Upon successful completion and evaluation, the Trainee may assume the role of Quality Control Supervisor, responsible for the Quality area at an industrial unit (poultry/swine). This includes technical and people management (e.g., Quality Managers and other technical roles), reporting directly to the Industrial Unit Manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Observe and actively engage in the daily routine of the Quality Control Supervisor at an industrial unit, developing practical knowledge of the role’s activities and responsibilities; * Gain familiarity with core processes and departments interacting with Quality, understanding the strategic interface and role of the Quality Control Supervisor; * Gradually assume specific tasks and projects within the department, contributing to the development of competencies required for the position; * Participate in Job Rotation programs across various company units, broadening business, process, and best-practice perspectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in Quality Management, Food Science and Technology, Food Safety, Human Resource Management, or related areas are considered advantageous; * Experience and knowledge of food industry processes, preferably in poultry and swine segments; * Willingness and ability to work across different company units. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Aurora Coop industrial units (SC, PR, RS, or MS), subject to vacancy availability.** At Aurora Coop, you’ll receive the following **benefits**: * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Longevity Bonus (PTS) * Private Pension Plan * Discount Agreements * Education Assistance * Meal Voucher Together, we unite over **50,000 employees** across industrial units from North to South Brazil — diverse in culture, ethnicity, and language — yet united by the same purpose.
