a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of Work and Social Security Record (CTPS) or screenshot of digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if CTPS entry has nomenclature related to that required in the Selection Process)
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA) specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item "b" above, when the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
