Description

Job Summary: Perform maintenance on heavy vehicles, including installation of parts, functionality testing, MIG welding, repair of leaf spring assemblies, oil and filter replacement, refrigeration repair and lubrication, while maintaining order and safety. Work in compliance with safety standards **Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * N/A **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Technical course in maintenance; **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of Heavy Machinery Mechanics. * Knowledge of Refrigeration Equipment; * Knowledge of Engines; * Knowledge of Parts; * Knowledge of Oil Replacement; * Knowledge of Brakes; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year in the field. **Responsibilities:** Perform maintenance on heavy-duty vehicles (trucks); remove and install parts for assembly and test their functionality; plan maintenance activities and record technical information; perform MIG welding services; remove, repair, and reinstall leaf spring assemblies on vehicles; replace oil and filters in trucks; repair and replace R 404 refrigerant gas in cold room refrigeration equipment; lubricate trucks; maintain workplace order and comply with company safety standards.
