Register and update patient data in the hospital system. Guide patients and companions regarding hospital rules, schedules, and procedures. Alert healthcare teams in cases of urgency or emergency, following established protocols. Record incidents and relay relevant information to the next shift team. Maintain a welcoming attitude and empathetic service, even under stressful conditions. Support basic administrative routines at the reception during night shifts. Act autonomously and responsibly, making decisions appropriate to the role. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
