Key Responsibilities: Daily verification of collector production data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Price negotiation with collectors and clients, always aiming for optimal cost-effectiveness. Identification and resolution of operational issues related to databases and collectors. Issuance and control of purchase orders through the internal system. Registration and updating of information in the system, maintaining full compliance. Support in financial and operational reconciliation routines. Vehicle release at the gate, ensuring smooth operational flow. Requirements and Qualifications: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Prior experience in administrative or operational routines; Strong communication skills, organizational sense, and ability to collaborate across departments; Proficiency in negotiations and conflict resolution.
