Scheduling Coordinator – Freight Carrier We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join our operations team and ensure maximum utilization of our fleet, with a focus on efficiency, agility, and productivity! Key Responsibilities: * Strategically and efficiently allocate vehicles and drivers; * Develop schedules in compliance with working hours and rest legislation; * Schedule and adjust loads with aggregates and third parties; * Actively source vehicles and pursue spot freight opportunities daily; * Adjust routes and schedules in case of unforeseen events (accidents, delays, cancellations); * Proactively engage with customers, ensuring high-quality service; * Maximize fleet utilization and prevent resource idleness. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * 3–5 years of experience in freight carriers; * Knowledge of: transportation regulations, Excel, PowerPoint, TMS, and SAP (preferred); * Leadership profile, clear communication, decision-making ability, and strong organizational skills.
