The Position As a Supply Chain Data Specialist, you will have the opportunity to transform data into strategic intelligence to optimize Roche Diagnostics Brazil’s Logistics Chain. Your focus is on elevating customer experience and maximizing profitability through data-informed decisions. You will be responsible for promoting a data-driven culture—from classical analytical solutions to Advanced Analytics—and acting as an enabler for business partners in identifying high-impact use cases. You are an active agent in the company’s digital transformation, converging technology and logistics to meet customer needs. **About the opportunity:** * Oversight of KPIs, targets, and data governance for the Supply Chain chapter, ensuring calculation integrity. * Acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders, guiding data solutions aligned with business objectives. * Data Product Management through continuous maintenance and optimization of the team’s data tools and products. * Development and maintenance of visualization dashboards to support decision-making. * Automation through creation of bots and scripts for automated data extraction across multiple platforms and systems. * Data Engineering (ETL): Design and management of routines for data structuring, movement, and organization. * Mapping of information flows to eliminate manual tasks and maximize utilization of native resources. * Leadership of projects within the Supply Chain Excellence subchapter, supporting governance and operational excellence. **Who you are:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields. * Relevant experience in Data Analysis, database administration and maintenance, combined with information flow and process design. * Proficiency in script development and programming language usage. * Experience using programming languages for databases and automation, such as Python, SQL, or similar. * Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar. * Desirable experience with logistics operations, manufacturing, and/or supply chain-related workflows and content. * Advanced English proficiency * Willingness to work hybrid (3 days/week onsite) from the South Zone of São Paulo Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
