The company offers a wide range of accommodation options, from luxury hotels to more affordable alternatives. **Responsibilities:** Transport guests' luggage and belongings between the front desk, guest rooms, and other locations. Attend to guests by providing services and necessary information. Assist the front desk with telephone reception and message delivery. Escort guests to their rooms, introducing them to facilities and equipment operation. Perform external services (banks, post offices, etc.) as needed. Support activities in other hotel departments when requested. Maintain an organized, clean, and presentable lobby. Ensure guest and premises security by reporting suspicious situations. Assist guests with transportation requests (taxi, executive transport, etc.). Guide event participants regarding location and schedules. Carry out other related tasks. Duties pertinent to messenger routines. Position based in São Paulo / SP.
