Management of onboarding for new employees and refresher training Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of standard training procedures required; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Conduct training and development needs assessments, analyze actual requirements, and propose targeted training initiatives to control expenditures on training misaligned with the Institution’s objectives; * Support the Institution’s units in internal training programs by arranging registrations, notifications, venues, instructors, and supporting materials; * Deliver and facilitate training sessions to reach more employees and reduce training costs; * Evaluate training outcomes and application with requestors to measure effectiveness and knowledge transfer; * Manage onboarding for new employees and refresher training for existing staff, clarifying institutional policies, HR guidelines, mission, vision, and values to ensure awareness of rights and responsibilities; * Administer the existing tuition assistance program, monitoring paid installments, employee attendance, and academic performance to ensure contractual compliance; * Perform other duties relevant to this position. 2511260202401874344
