We are seeking a Video Editor with proven experience, technical expertise, and a keen eye for visual storytelling. About the Role: This position involves daily editing of videos produced by the agency’s video team. The editor will be responsible for full post-production—including editing, image grading, audio processing, color correction, soundtracks, visual effects, and final delivery. The editor will be a key member of our team, serving as the primary owner of the final quality of all delivered videos. Strong organization, workflow fluency, and the ability to communicate effectively with other team members to understand creative direction and ensure aesthetic alignment are required. Knowledge of motion graphics to support our team would be a significant advantage! Responsibilities: - Daily video editing for various clients and formats; - Full post-production: editing, color correction, audio processing, synchronization, transitions, and final delivery; - Applying appropriate pacing and visual language to digital content; - Organizing projects, folders, timelines, and files to ensure efficient workflows; - Working with Adobe Premiere, CapCut, and After Effects, maintaining a high technical standard in deliverables; - Performing precise and consistent image and audio adjustments; - Collaborating with the video team to follow briefings, alignments, and visual guidelines; - Managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and delivering on schedule; - Contributing ideas and references to improve formats and expand creative repertoire; - Performing exports, versions, revisions, and final deliveries according to technical specifications; - Important plus: motion graphics knowledge to create or adjust graphic elements within videos. Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience in video editing; - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and working knowledge/hands-on experience with After Effects; - Proficiency in CapCut for vertical content editing (TikTok and Reels); - Solid understanding of post-production: color, audio, pacing, and visual narrative; - Exemplary organization of projects, files, and timelines; - Ability to manage multiple daily projects; - Excellent communication and teamwork skills; - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
