Leadership and strategy development OPERATIONS MANAGER – MAINTENANCE CONTRACT **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Salary and Benefits:** Salary: R$ 6.000,00 Meal Voucher: R$ 24.00 per day Transportation Voucher Gympass Career Development Plan **Working Hours:** IN-PERSON Monday to Friday, Business Hours (LAPA) **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for the full management of maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and agreed service levels. Coordinate and supervise technical and administrative teams, performing planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Responsible for document control, preparation of managerial reports, and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain ongoing communication with customers to align expectations, track service delivery, and collect feedback. Develop and implement strategies focused on continuous improvement of processes and services delivered. **Requirements and Professional Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience in maintenance contract management and leadership of technical teams. Knowledge of air conditioning maintenance is considered a plus. Strong skills in planning, organization, and problem solving. Excellent communication skills, leadership profile, and decision-making ability. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
