Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Event Producer to plan, monitor, and organize internal and external events, aiming to meet budgetary targets and strengthen the company’s position.

We are looking for a **Junior Event Producer**.
This person will be responsible for receiving and executing various internal and external event demands—planning, monitoring, and organizing their requirements—with the goal of achieving the department’s budgetary targets and consolidating the company’s presence in the events market.
* **Employment Type:** CLT
* **Working Hours:** Rotating 5x2 schedule, preferably flexible hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **1\) Operational Production:**
* Physically monitor event operations, supporting activity execution according to the defined plan.
* Verify compliance by external suppliers with institutional rules and guidelines—especially those related to property preservation and space usage.
**2\) Event Process Monitoring**
* Support monitoring of pre\-event, event execution, and post\-event phases, ensuring operational organization and addressing team and client demands.
* Contribute to a positive client experience through efficient operational support.
**3\) Planning and Checklists**
* Support the development and updating of operational timelines and checklists for internal and external events.
* Assist in gathering and organizing requirements from involved departments, contributing to information flow regarding space occupancy.
**4\) Integrated Internal Communication**
* Support updating the event calendar and sharing information with internal museum departments.
* Ensure operational information is organized and accessible to all involved teams.
**5\) Supplier Interface**
* Support communication with external suppliers, tracking operational requests and internal process updates.
* Assist in monitoring supplier contracts and operational alignments under supervision of mid\-level and senior producers.
**6\) Other Activities**
* Perform related tasks as required by institutional needs or management requests.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Humanities, preferably in Event Production;
* Proven experience in operational event execution;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and task organization and management tools (e.g., Trello, Google Keep, and similar);
* Flexibility in handling technical solutions and conflict management.
* Knowledge of audio and lighting equipment is desirable;
