Job Summary: Professional required to operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various air conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of various air conditioning equipment. 2. Maintenance of refrigeration systems and chilled water plants. 3. Experience with electrical systems and VRF/VRV systems. **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) using direct and indirect expansion systems. Perform routine preventive maintenance on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems. Knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising refrigeration systems (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems.
