





**Job Description:** \\We are seeking a highly senior professional responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the DevOps culture, processes, and platforms across the entire organization. They drive end-to-end automation of the software delivery lifecycle, promoting observability, scalability, governance, and reliability. They serve as a technical reference, mentor, and influencer of engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable CI/CD pipelines. Design and operate automated infrastructure using IaC (Infrastructure as Code). Promote SRE/DevOps practices such as advanced monitoring, capacity management, reliability, and incident response. Lead automation of processes involving build, testing, deployment, integration, and releases. Ensure security standards (DevSecOps), including static and dynamic analysis, secret management, and compliance. Deploy and manage cloud platforms, working with modern architectures (Kubernetes, serverless, microservices). Develop internal tools to improve productivity, standardization, and governance. Participate in critical incidents, performing deep diagnostics and root cause analysis. Mentor engineers and teams, spreading best practices and strengthening the DevOps culture. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and SRE squads to build integrated and sustainable solutions. \\Essential Technical Skills Cloud & Architecture Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferably more than one). Experience with scalable, distributed, and resilient architectures. Strong knowledge of networking services, load balancers, gateways, security, and VPCs. \\Containers & Orchestration Advanced Docker. Kubernetes (K8s), including: deployments, ingress, autoscaling (HPA/VPA), operators, service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and native observability (metrics-server, Prometheus stack). CI/CD GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or ArgoCD. Complex pipelines with gates, trunk-based development, and release strategies (blue/green, canary, feature flags). Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (advanced). CloudFormation, ARM Templates, or Pulumi (a plus). Module management, versioning, and environment automation. \\Observability and Reliability Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, DataDog, or NewRelic. Logging: ELK, Loki, Cloud Logging. Distributed tracing: Jaeger, OpenTelemetry. SRE practices: SLI/SLO/SLA, error budget, incident management. Automation and Scripting Python, Shell Script, PowerShell. Automation of pipelines, tests, workflows, and provisioning. Security (DevSecOps) SAST/DAST/SCA scans. Secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).
