**Job Description:** We are seeking a BMS/BAS Technician to perform maintenance, expansion, and standardization of building automation systems. This position requires solid experience with industry-standard platforms and protocols, as well as the ability to work hands-on in the field. **Minimum Qualification:** Technical diploma in Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics. **Responsibilities:** · Perform preventive maintenance routines for CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm systems; · Maintain the BMS system. · Implement new functionalities and improvements. · Install and commission new controllers. · Create and update graphical interfaces and supervision screens. · Standardize the system and provide technical support to related departments. · Perform other tasks related to BMS operation and evolution. **Requirements:** · Experience with Tridium Niagara 4 · Programming, commissioning, graphical interface creation, alarm configuration, and historical data logging. · Experience with Alerton VLC controllers. · Programming and commissioning. · Experience with Schneider EBO/StruxureWare product lines. · Programming and commissioning. · Familiarity with Honeywell and Johnson Controls controllers. · Proficiency in protocols and networks: BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks. · Familiarity with supervision tools, Node-RED, MQTT, HTTP, and IoT concepts. · Basic knowledge of HVAC (air conditioning and thermal systems). · Brazilian driver’s license category B. · Willingness to travel. **Compensation:** Between R$ 4,000.00 and R$ 5,000.00 **Benefits:** · Health insurance; · Dental insurance; · Life insurance; · Meal allowance; · Food voucher; · Transportation allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (alternate Saturdays) **Employment Type and Work Model:** · On-site work in the Berrini area, São Paulo/SP · CLT employment regime Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4,200.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
