Organization and responsibility required in doorman routines **OPEN POSITION – DOORMAN (Roving)** We are hiring a **Doorman** to work in a **residential condominium**. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of doorman routines * Experience or familiarity with resident service * Control of access for visitors, service providers, and delivery personnel * Organization and responsibility in controlling entry and exit from the condominium **Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off** **Available shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VR): R$ 26.03 per day * Food Allowance (VA): R$ 205.91 * Good Retention Bonus: R$ 110.00 per month * Dental plan * Life insurance **Work Location: Company located in the North Zone; will serve as technical backup across various regions** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
