Come transform healthcare with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide public service and register exams in the system; * Welcome and guide patients from arrival until departure, promoting an inclusive, respectful environment that values each individual’s diversity; * Convey preparation instructions and direct patients to exam rooms; * Organize administrative documents and registrations; * Clarify patient questions with empathy and clarity; * Monitor and schedule exams, keeping the calendar up to date; * Print and deliver exams, recording movements in the system; * Separate exams for audits, inspections, and financial reporting; * Support inventory control of unit materials and supplies; * Open tickets to report administrative incidents; * Verify data from exams performed the previous day; * Inform patients about the satisfaction survey (NPS); * Notify patients of physician delays or absences. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Work Schedule and Location:** * **Schedule:** (12X36 SHIFT WORKER) \- **Subject to change according to unit needs**; * **Unit:** (IAMSPE) \- May include **reassignment/coverage to other units**, depending on demand. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Full availability to work as a shift worker; **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Genuine interest in healthcare** and desire to impact lives; * Passion for continuous learning, growth, and development; * Alignment with one of our core values: **continuous development within FIDI** — here, you grow with us! **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU!** At FIDI, we care for those who care! Founded in 1986 by physician professors from the Department of Diagnostic Imaging of Escola Paulista de Medicina — currently Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), FIDI is a private, non-profit foundation that reinvests 100% of its resources into medical care for the Brazilian population, through the development of diagnostic imaging solutions, teaching, scientific research and outreach, social initiatives, and philanthropy.
