




Job Summary: Assist in all Occupational Health and Safety activities, ensuring compliance with legislation, management of medical examinations, training sessions, PPE, and related documentation. Customer service and documentation control for Occupational Health and Safety Assist in all Occupational Health and Safety activities to ensure compliance with current legislation. Monitor, track, schedule, and verify monthly medical examinations; ensure scheduling and employee call-ups; register receipt of original ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) in the system and archive them in both physical and electronic records. NRs (Regulatory Standards): Monitor expiration dates of safety training sessions, ensure scheduling and employee call-ups; issue certificates, update the system and both physical and electronic archives. PGR (Risk Assessment Program): Monitor updates and expiration dates, and submit to clients. Safety Integration: Issue occupational health and safety admission documents, record PPE delivery, and assist in admission training. PPE: Monitor PPE CA (Certificate of Approval) as per NR-06; receive replacement requests; analyze based on prior records and release items according to their specified replacement frequency; issue and send PPE forms for signature; track and confirm receipt of duly signed forms. Social Security: Assist in scheduling medical evaluations, monitor employees on leave, and schedule return-to-work medical examinations. Job Function Change: Verify, schedule required examinations and training; assist in function-specific training. Customer Service: Respond to client requests by submitting Occupational Health and Safety documentation for assigned personnel under the respective contract. DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues): Monitor receipt and enter attendance lists into the system. e-Social: Assist in monitoring and maintain necessary information for event submissions. Be fully responsible for the department’s entire document archive. Completed high school education; currently enrolled in or having completed a Technical Course in Occupational Health and Safety. Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Occupational Health and Safety is required. Familiarity with e-Social is a plus. Strategic Thinking. Global Perspective.
