OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN

Job Summary: Professional responsible for implementing and monitoring safety measures, conducting inspections, and organizing documentation, with a focus on accident prevention and supporting various Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) activities. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and follow-up of Safety Dialogues (DDS) and Work Permits (PT) 2. Conducting safety inspections and organizing documentation 3. Supporting occupational safety and health educational activities Main Responsibilities: * Implementing and following up on Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Authorizing and monitoring activities requiring Work Permits (PT) and checklists; * Conducting safety inspections on activities and contracts; * Organizing safety documentation such as checklists, DDS, PT, and PET; * Supervising, controlling, and preparing documentation for service providers and contractors; * Collecting data to populate the Safety Management System (SMS) indicator spreadsheet; * Providing guidance to employees, service providers, and contractors regarding company safety regulations; * Supporting management in developing occupational safety and health educational initiatives, preparing instructions, and guiding the creation of posters and notices to promote and develop accident prevention habits; * Supporting the monitoring, replacement, exchange, and inspection of fire-fighting equipment; * Assisting in audits; * Supporting accident and incident investigations; * Assisting in the distribution of PPE and uniforms to new employees; * Scheduling admission, periodic, risk-change, and dismissal ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates); * Conducting audits on documents such as checklists and PTs completed by departments; * Supporting the organization of CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and SIPAT (Annual Internal Week for Accident Prevention) jointly with departments; * Preparing daily field activity reports; Requirements: * Technical qualification in occupational safety (completed or currently pursuing) Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VA) * Food Allowance (VR) * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Career Development Program
