Description: * Completed High School; * Completed Nursing Technician Course; * Prior experience in the field; * Active COREN registration as a Nursing Technician; * Knowledge of the MV system; * Knowledge of the Office suite; * Guide and assist patients, providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific care related to health treatment; * Provide intensive care to patients undergoing high-complexity postoperative recovery; * Prepare and administer medications, including vasoactive drugs, and manage their storage process; * Assist physicians and nurses in performing procedures; * Receive and orient new staff members, providing unit-specific information; * Provide patient care during hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis; * Collect specimens for laboratory tests; * Implement international safety goals as established by the institution; * Perform procedures according to institutional protocols; * Prepare patients for diagnostic examinations, informing them about required conditions for test completion; * Perform fluid balance monitoring; * Collaborate in the prevention and control of healthcare-associated infections and communicable diseases; * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, professional practice laws, the Nursing Code of Ethics, service orders, and hospital regulations; * Record nursing care provided, observed signs and symptoms, and actions taken in patients’ medical records, including signature and COREN registration. * Complete documentation, progress notes, and other records related to care delivered, following the institution’s established standards; * Participate in (or conduct) shift handover in a detailed, comprehensive manner, addressing standardized critical content as defined by the hospital; 2512190202551816391
