Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage, organize, and monitor inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting internal demands. Key Highlights: 1. Generation of inventory reports and indicators Our client is an established company in the infrastructure and specialized services sector, strategically operating in technical maintenance, building conservation, façade modernization, and integrated solutions for corporate, commercial, and industrial buildings. The company is located in the **Campo Belo – São Paulo/SP** region, at Rua Volta Redonda, with on-site operations. We are seeking an **Inventory Analyst** to manage, organize, and monitor inventory processes, ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the company’s internal demands. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Control of material inflow and outflow * Organization and verification of physical and systemic inventory * Periodic inventories and loss control * Purchase monitoring and material replenishment * Control of supplies, equipment, and operational tools * Generation of movement reports and inventory indicators * Support to operational departments with material supply and planning * Supplier relationship management and administrative support related to inventory ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an Inventory Analyst or in related fields * Knowledge of inventory control, inventory taking, and material movement * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset * Strong communication skills and ability to monitor processes * Proficiency in spreadsheets and management systems ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Experience with the OMIE system * Experience in infrastructure, building maintenance, construction, or technical service companies ### **Job Details:** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) * Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Weekly Working Hours: 44 hours * On-site work * Location: Campo Belo – São Paulo/SP * Remuneration: R$ 2.000,00 to R$ 2.500,00 ### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher (VR) * Transportation Voucher (VT) * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Attendance Bonus We seek an organized, responsible professional with an operational mindset who can directly contribute to internal process efficiency and strategic material control.
