Job Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring safety, coordinating and supervising teams in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, as well as managing exhibitions, events, and third-party companies.

Ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of one's team, colleagues, third parties, and visitors.
Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities in accordance with pre\-established schedules.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in assembling and dismantling exhibitions and events at Solar Fabio Prado, based on provided information and established guidelines.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in performing building maintenance tasks (masonry and painting), such as wall plastering, tile and flooring replacement, general paint touch-ups using appropriate paints or textures, applying specific tools and procedures.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in carrying out carpentry maintenance activities, including: door and frame replacement and adjustment, hinge and hardware repair, roof tile maintenance, ceiling repairs, floor and hardwood floor repairs, and occasional exhibition assembly tasks—adhering to pre\-established schedules and utilizing specific tools and procedures.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in maintaining hydraulic systems, inspecting and reporting their general and specific conditions, anticipating damage, leaks, and infiltration. Perform periodic cleaning with repairs and full or partial replacements of components such as: pumps, faucets, valves, float valves, siphons, drains, flush valves, general piping, stormwater drainage systems, gutters, inspection chambers, grease traps, and water tanks—using specific tools and procedures, occasionally coordinating with contracted service providers.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in performing electrical maintenance tasks, inspecting and reporting the general and specific conditions of installations, anticipating damage, detecting power loss and hazards—including weekly inspections, cleaning of luminaires and equipment, installation and/or replacement of ballasts, lamp replacement, socket and switch replacement, electrical wiring and resistor replacement—using specific equipment, tools, and procedures.
Coordinate and supervise one's team in moving furniture from the collection, exhibition pieces, and design award items, based on pre\-defined guidelines.
Coordinate one's team in daily gardening activities, including garden cleaning, pruning of plants and trees, grass cutting, and planting seedlings—under supervision and using specific tools and procedures.
Coordinate procurement of necessary tools and equipment, supervise storage, identify needs for replenishment, and monitor the condition of already-acquired items.
Coordinate third-party companies providing maintenance services.
Coordinate and supervise third-party companies providing cleaning, reception, security, IT, and telecommunications services—as well as public orientation staff and one's own team—to ensure performance of respective activities in compliance with occupational safety standards.
Conduct, as instructed, supervision and control over partner companies operating within the Museum, ensuring their activities conform to institutional space integrity requirements—including the Santinho Restaurant—through facility inspections.
Supervise and manage service providers responsible for collecting organic waste, recyclables, and garden waste.
Prepare periodic reports according to the department’s schedule, documenting and providing data on processes and procedures.
