Currently, we are seeking a **Junior Systems Development Engineer/Analyst/Technician (Protection)**. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform configuration and testing of protective relays for various voltage levels (13.8kV, 69kV, 88kV, 138kV, 230kV, 345kV, 440kV, 525kV) at SIEMENS facilities and project sites; * Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and the SIEMENS Engineering team; * Develop protection and control testing procedures and strategies; * Execute configurations, factory tests, and field commissioning using DIGSI 5, DIGSI 4 (desirable), Reydisp (desirable), and Test Universe software; * Create and complete test reports and validations; * Prepare Daily Site Report (DSR) summaries; * Deliver training to customers; * Seek optimization in equipment and system configuration and testing processes; * Support the Sales department. **What qualifications are we seeking?** * Completed technical education (Electrotechnical) or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Automation) or related fields; * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in this role; * Knowledge of electrical system protection concepts applicable to the National Interconnected System (SIN), including transmission line, transformer, reactor, busbar, capacitor bank, generator, and other protections; * Familiarity with SIPROTEC 5 protective relay families; * Proficiency with OMICRON test set operation software (CMC156, CMC256, CMC356); * Knowledge of ONS Network Procedures (Submodule 2.11); * Desired: Experience in oscillography analysis; * Desired: Familiarity with SIPROTEC 4 / REYROLLE relay families; * Desired: Experience in configuration and testing of RDP RPV-311; * Knowledge of IEC61850 standard and its protocols; * Intermediate English proficiency — considered a plus; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Commitment to documentation, drawings, and reports; * Ability to train and guide junior professionals and customers; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams, representing and negotiating company interests; * Ability to work under pressure to meet deliverables and results; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; **Additional Information**: * CLT employment contract * Jundiaí – SP * Willingness to travel (70% of time spent on commissioning activities); * Activities conducted at SIEMENS offices/factories as well as on-site at power substations for field testing, with hybrid work arrangements including remote work. * Valid driver’s license (manual transmission).
