Mentoring of junior and mid-level professionals The company seeks an Occupational Health and Safety Technician based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Strategically engage in occupational health and safety with a corporate perspective and process standardization. Technically coordinate and review Risk Management Programs (RMPs), as well as Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures and policies. Conduct internal and external audits with emphasis on compliance. Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports. Establish corporate guidelines related to health and safety. Perform complex risk analyses and implement control measures. Collaborate with departments such as Human Resources, Legal, Operations, and Engineering, providing support during inspections and audits. Structure third-party management programs, promote a safety culture, and address psychosocial risks. Provide mentoring to junior and mid-level professionals, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Coordinator, or Occupational Safety Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
