HR Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in identifying the organization's internal needs, proposing strategic people management solutions, and focusing on results and achievement of HR goals. The candidate is expected to actively contribute to recruitment process development, training and development, organizational climate management, and leadership support. ___ **Responsibilities** - Collaborate with department leaders to understand job profiles and candidate requirements for opening positions; - Post job openings across various channels, social media platforms, and job boards; - Screen resumes and select candidates based on position requirements; - Conduct interviews, applying behavioral and technical assessments; - Organize and facilitate group dynamics; - Conduct new employee onboarding (introduce organizational culture, internal policies, and benefits); - Manage hiring, vacation, leave of absence, termination processes, and ensure correct documentation according to each requirement; - Monitor electronic timekeeping records, correcting inconsistencies when necessary; - Administer company-provided benefits and schedule appropriate monthly reloads; - Perform and verify monthly payroll closing; - Collaboratively develop, with leadership, planning regarding holiday extension compensations and/or holiday date swaps; - Collaborate with managers to identify team training and development needs; - Organize internal and external training sessions as needed; - Support career path development within the company and update as required; - Conduct and monitor organizational climate surveys, analyze results, and suggest improvements when necessary; - Assist in conflict management; - Stay updated on labor legislation and ensure all HR processes comply with current regulations; - Prepare and monitor HR metrics reports (Turnover, absenteeism, time-to-hire); - Responsible for internal communication with employees; - Analyze and align internal marketing initiatives with the marketing department; - Evaluate HR process performance; - Address employee requests and clarify doubts; - Assist in optimizing internal processes by proposing practices and tools to increase departmental efficiency. - Conduct exit and termination interviews - Act as legal representative in labor lawsuits ___ Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields. - Experience in Human Resources Compensation: R$2.700,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Internet allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * In day-to-day Human Resources operations and people management (Preferred) Work location: On-site
