Job Summary: The Junior Quality Analyst conducts supplier qualification processes, performs audits, manages customer complaints, and implements continuous improvements using quality tools. We are excited to embark on this journey with you and face challenges together. **Join this success story!** **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Junior Quality Analyst**, you will: * Conduct **supplier qualification and requalification processes**, evaluating sanitary documentation and applicable regulatory requirements; * Plan, conduct, and document **internal and supplier audits**, in accordance with **RDC 430/2020** and other relevant standards; * Manage **customer complaints**, perform root cause analysis, define and track action plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures; * Monitor recurrence, propose and implement **continuous improvements**; * Apply **quality tools** for problem analysis and resolution; * Support **process improvement projects**, aiming to reduce non-conformities and optimize operational workflows; * Analyze performance indicators, assist in defining corrective and preventive actions, and prepare management reports. **Requirements to Stand Out in This Role** * Prior experience in **Quality Management** activities (preferably in the logistics, pharmaceutical, or ANVISA-regulated sectors); * Knowledge of **non-conformity analysis and handling**, opening and managing NCs (Non-Conformance Reports), root cause investigation, and action plan development; * Participation in **sanitary and/or customer audits**; * Experience in **supplier qualification**; * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and skill in proposing solutions; * Knowledge of **performance indicator analysis** and management report preparation; * Organization, strong communication skills, and proactivity to collaborate effectively across departments. * Writing standard operating procedures and training materials. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience** * Prior experience (including internships) in Quality areas, preferably within logistics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or ANVISA-regulated companies. **Technical Knowledge** * Fundamentals of **Quality Management** (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, GMP, RDC 430/2020\); * Basic understanding of **supplier qualification** and auditing; * Writing procedures and conducting training. * Quality Tools: Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, PDCA, FMEA, among others; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Basic knowledge of indicator control and analysis. * Artificial intelligence **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical mindset and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; * Proactivity and collaborative attitude for teamwork; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality. **Desirable Courses and Certifications** *(not mandatory)* * ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 interpretation; * Quality Tools; * ISO 9001 and/or GMP Internal Auditor; * Training on Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP); * Supplier Qualification; * Knowledge of RDC 430/2020 – ANVISA. * Basic dashboard and management reporting development in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio); * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence for data analysis and task automation, aimed at process optimization and insight generation. **Additional Information** Transportation allowance; Chartered transportation (subject to availability); On-site meal; Meal voucher (R$65.00\); Ifood Benefits; Amil Health Insurance; HapVida Dental Insurance; Childcare allowance (exclusive benefit for mother employees); Group life insurance; Wellhub (Gympass); Massage therapy; Psychological counseling. **Our Purpose** With 27 years of experience, we are specialists in marketing services for the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
