An engineering company is seeking a Building Technician in São Paulo (Vila Rio Branco). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and inspect construction works, ensuring compliance with schedules and service quality standards. Read and interpret project drawings. Control materials, equipment, and subcontracted teams. Prepare technical reports, measurements, and photographic records. Assist in budget preparation, procurement, and planning. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with technical standards. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
